Testing environment for Django

Although I found you can specify an alternate config to settings/main.py, the novelty of this quickly wore off when I remembered that sometimes I have to update that file. Simply copying it duplicates data which quickly gets out of sync. I’ll likely try to find a programmatic solution to this. Please do comment if you have any thoughts on it.
